I have the Verizon Pantech PN820 which I no longer need. I'm willing to let it go for $150, but there is no access software installed. You would have to buy your own copy of Mobile Speak for Smart phones. It is a flip phone with the standard style dialpad, and very easy to use. It also has the latest software update in it, and Voice Command. Anyone interested, please contact me through the private mail or voicemail system.

If you have to buy your own talking software, then how is it accessibleexactly? I mean, can you access contacts, texts, and such features, or just are you able to access pressing buttons to call someone?

The phone runs Windows Mobile, which there are two screen readers available for. If you buy the phone, you can run a demo of either screen reader for 30 days, wich would make the phone accessible. Every feature would speak. After the 30 days, you would have to buy a license for the screen reader to continue using it.
